We offer you to visit the nursery of rare endangered species of birds “Sunkar” which is unique by its species composition and equipment. The nursery is the only one in the whole territory of Kazakhstan and during its activity raised 1060 birds and released 260 falcons Balobans out of the nature. By visiting falcon nursery, you can admire the most beautiful birds, learn about their biological characteristics, and more than that, see the falcon show (from May to October). The trained birds take parts in that show and demonstrate hunting with a bird, getting food out of the water and other interesting things. Early Breakfast in the Hotel 08.00 Drive to Charyn canyon 220km. Charyn Canyon is a natural complex of nature, unique in its kind not only in Kazakhstan, but throughout the world. It was formed in the era of the Paleogene and resembles the Grand Canyon of Colorado in North America, although it is inferior in size. The height of the steep slopes of the canyon reaches 150-300m. The extreme ruggedness of the relief strikes: numerous beams and ravines form a dense, disorderly network. You can admire the grand panorama and then have a walk through the maze of the “Castles Valley”. Wind and water created here the most beautiful “Valley of Castles” where you are always surrounded by whimsical towers composed of sedimentary rocks. The length of the valley is more than 2 km, the width is 20-80m. 13.00 Lunch at local restaurant (Cost at own) 14.00 Proceed for sightseeing of Kolsai Lake. Kolsay Lakes National Park is located on the north slope of the Tian Shan Mountains, southeast Kazakhstan. Often referred to as “Pearls of Tien Shan”, the park’s main feature are the Kolsay Lakes located between the Raiymbek District and Talgar District of Almaty Region.
