If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,

• You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.

• Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel, You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.

• Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel, You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.

• If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition, You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..

• No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.

Cancellation Policy

• Airlines tickets once issued are Non Refundable.

• If cancellation is made any time not less than 30 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.

• If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

• If cancellation is made 15 to 07 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

• If cancellation is made within 07 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
