Insurance premium, any other activities like rafting, archery, rock climbing, joy ride (toy train) etc for which supplemental charges will be applicable to be paid by the guests directly. Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips & gratuity, bottled water etc. Entrance Fees for museums and monuments, Upgradation Charges and Optional Tours to be paid by the guests directly on the spot. Any additional costs because of additional sightseeing; extra usage of vehicle; unforeseen events like natural calamities for instance landslides, external factors like blockades, political disturbances etc.; imposition of new taxes; increase in taxes or fuel price which impacts costs of surface transportation will be recovered directly from the guests. If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,

You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel, You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.

If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel, You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.

Cancellation Policy

Airlines tickets once issued are Non Refundable.
If cancellation is made any time not less than 30 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 15 to 07 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made within 07 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
